Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the performance of Account Executives
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members
- Oversee and analyze sales pipeline health
- Guide deal strategy through structured sessions
- Provide hands-on coaching during active sales opportunities
- Step into key deals to support negotiation and closure
- Onboard and train new Account Executives
- Ensure consistent and accurate CRM data maintenance
- Lead revenue forecasting discussions
- Monitor core sales metrics including conversion rates and deal cycle time
- Participate in hiring qualified Account Executives
Team
Sales team with Account Executives (AEs) and SDRs. The Sales Manager will report to higher leadership and manage AEs, including onboarding new SDRs transitioning into AE roles.
