Monterail is looking for a Sales Manager to own the entire early stage of the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for initiating and guiding client relationships from the first conversation through to closing the deal.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients, building trust and creating a strong first impression.
- Lead initial meetings to understand client business challenges and identify software solutions.
- Build relationships through strong communication, confidence, and consultative selling.
- Drive the internal estimation process, coordinating with developers, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure scope, timeline, and pricing are prepared on time and push the process forward.
- Present proposed solutions, delivery plans, and budgets to clients.
- Handle questions, objections, and expectations, leading negotiations and closing deals.
