Neal R. Gross & Co. is looking for a Sales & Legal Operations Associate to join our team. This unique role is split between core legal service operations and proactive sales and outreach efforts, providing broad business experience in our small company setting with exposure to the legal, judicial, and government sectors. Comprehensive paid training is provided, and no prior experience in document events or legal operations is required.
What You'll Do
- Assist in company administrative functions including scheduling, billing, print/production, transcription, and marketing.
- Document legal proceedings and other events at client locations and online as part of our field operations team.
- Process orders and invoice clients accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize in-house training to become proficient in field operations.
- Engage in proactive sales calls and outreach to new and existing clients, including attorneys and other business professionals, to promote our services.
- Identify customer needs, pitch relevant services, and ensure a positive client experience from start to finish.
- Participate in office duties including answering phones, data entry, email response, and proofreading.
What We're Looking For
- No prior experience in document events or legal operations is required.

- Sales experience is preferred for the sales aspect of the role.
