Buckman Fr is hiring a Sales Executive to manage the IP Newport account. In this role, you will oversee and maintain the relationship with this key customer, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues, while driving revenue through strategic sales development and ensuring all requirements in the SOW for Newport are met.
What You'll Do
- Manage the customer relationship to make Buckman Fr attractive and prevent attrition through business reviews, service reports, customer entertainment, providing savings projects, responding to service calls, and data mining for issues.
- Bring savings projects to customers to help improve their process, targeting greater than 10% of sales each year, by proposing chemical and/or digital solutions to lower costs, identifying process changes, assisting with implementation, and optimizing applications or process variables/controls.
- Reach annual sales targets by increasing volumes or obtaining new applications through commercializing new applications, increasing volumes of existing applications, and working with sales managers to identify target applications.
- Service the account to keep the customer happy by writing service reports, application testing and monitoring, business reviews, process and application troubleshooting, responding to service calls, and maintaining equipment.

This is a remote position. The assigned account is located in Newport, IN.
