Finom is hiring a Sales Executive Inbound

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying inbound leads and closing deals.
  • Turning leads into customers.
  • Activate and engage customers to ensure they start using our product.
  • Work closely with other teams to create a seamless sales experience.
  • Track and analyze your daily performance, always aiming for improvement.
  • Be a true Finom ambassador—understand our product inside out and communicate its value clearly.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-volume, inbound sales.
  • Strong communication and people skills—you know how to build rapport and close deals.
  • You’re organized—you manage multiple customers at different sales stages with ease.
  • A results-driven mindset: you set goals and work hard to exceed them.
  • Adaptability and resilience—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fintech and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Must-have: fluent English
  • You work well independently but love being part of a team.
  • You're ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented—you love winning!

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B Banking startups is beneficial
  • Additional languages are helpful, especially Italian, French, German and Spanish.
