AnyVan is looking for a Sales Executive - French Speaking to connect with customers across France who need logistics services, from full house moves to large items. You will join a talented team of approximately 300 AnyVanners, working remotely to drive growth in the French market.
What You'll Do
- Talk to customers across France needing to move large items and demonstrate how AnyVan can help.
- Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by ensuring customers see the value in AnyVan's services.
- Manage your pipeline and hit weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
- Work with your manager to tweak and improve sales strategies.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to help improve services.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
- A passion for sales and some experience in a phone-based customer role.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, phone-based sales or service role.
- Ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone with great active listening skills.
- Resilience, a positive attitude, and superb organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- A bias to action and the capability to deliver good work quickly.
- Currently living in Senegal with the ability to work remotely (reliable internet, own laptop).
- Able to work to French operating hours, including some weekends and evening shifts on a rotational basis.
