Renesas Electronics is looking for a Sales Engineering Intern to strengthen our Regional Sales Team. You will work directly with customers and distribution partners to drive revenue growth and deepen strategic relationships.
What You'll Do
- Deepen relationships directly with customers and with distribution sales teams and management.
- Work effectively with the team of Renesas Field Application Engineers (FAEs) supporting the region.
- Accurately track and forecast revenue and outperform key performance indicators.
- Focus on a targeted account list, develop deep account knowledge, and drive design-win registrations (DINs) and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new design starts at customer accounts.
- Think strategically to focus on the right accounts and successfully identify where future revenue must originate.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Renesas business and market share.
What We're Looking For
- You must not have graduated before September 2026.
- An ambitious and driven nature with the ability to lead, support, and deepen business partner relationships.
- The personality to grow and foster the relationships required with distribution partners, engineering, procurement, and executive business unit levels.
- Strong business acumen to contribute to Renesas’s growth.
Nice to Have
- Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program, such as Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS).
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Regional Sales Team, working closely with a team of Renesas Field Application Engineers.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly pay range: $31.25 - $41.50 per hour.
