Arrow ECS SAS is hiring a Sales Engineer to champion Nutanix solutions. In this role, you will provide critical pre-sales technical support, develop enablement plans, and deliver training to partners and the sales team to support revenue goals. You’ll be a key technical advisor working with enterprise clients on hybrid cloud infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Consult, develop, and implement technical and sales enablement plans with partners and customers to support revenue and margin goals.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, complex sales tool configurations, and systems design to implement software solutions.
- Conduct partner and sales technical team training.
- Assist customers and partners with technical certifications and product demonstrations.
- Obtain training and maintain expertise in industry standards, new technologies, and current issues.
- Participate in a sales compensation plan where a portion of OTE is variable and tied to specific sales-related goals.
What We're Looking For
- In-depth knowledge and experience with presales engineering and partner/customer solutions.
- Experience delivering, presenting, selling, and supporting Enterprise Clients, including working or competitive knowledge of Nutanix.
- Experience with or general knowledge of Cloud Technologies & Hybrid Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCS, Microsoft Azure, Dell VxRail, Nutanix, HPE dHCI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and with stakeholders.
- A highly professional individual who can deliver quality work on tight schedules.
- A self-starter who is motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a loosely structured organization.
- Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and uses best practices to improve products or processes.
- Typically resolves complex problems where precedent may not exist and often leads project teams.
- Ability to occasionally travel.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
