The Sales Engineer will support the EMEA sales team by providing technical expertise and tailored demonstrations to prospective clients in financial services, fintech, Web3, and enterprise sectors. This role requires strong knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, and security to effectively communicate platform value to both technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Directors to deliver customized product demonstrations, technical workshops, and Proof of Concepts that highlight platform capabilities.
- Evaluate client needs and design secure, scalable technical solutions integrating the company's infrastructure into digital asset operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Deliver detailed technical presentations to audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives across banking, fintech, Web3, and enterprise organizations.
- Support clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with the MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure and associated APIs.
- Lead technical responses to Requests for Proposals, providing accurate and client-focused answers that reflect platform strengths.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Security teams to relay customer feedback and ensure solution alignment with platform capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blockchain trends, digital asset use cases, and emerging challenges in areas like custody, tokenization, payments, and DeFi to position the company as a technical authority.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect within SaaS, fintech, blockchain, or cybersecurity industries.
- Familiarity with financial services operations, Web3 systems, or blockchain transaction models including custody, settlement, and token issuance.
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and security protocols.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant value propositions for customers.
- Experience delivering customized demonstrations and compelling presentations to varied technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Genuine interest in blockchain technology and its real-world applications across multiple industries.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
