Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients using a consultative approach to position the platform as a foundational component of their security architecture.
- Collaborate early in the sales cycle to assess technical needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Lead technical evaluation processes, including proof of concept deployments, in coordination with sales and engineering teams.
- Design and deliver product demonstrations, along with formal and informal training sessions for clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and core technologies by working closely with engineering and product departments.
- Collect and relay market and product feedback to inform future development and innovation.
- Support customer success by maximizing value realization, driving renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities.
