Novo Nordisk is seeking a Sales Effectiveness Manager to drive the optimization of our field force strategy and sales execution. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing incentive plans, managing territory deployment, and analyzing sales effectiveness to support our mission of defeating serious chronic diseases.
What You'll Do
- Design the field force incentive plan aligned with company strategy, secure stakeholder alignment and management approval.
- Communicate the incentive plan with the sales team.
- Monitor incentive execution effectiveness through quarterly analysis and communicate with sales management.
- Lead third-party technical support for incentive plan modeling and simulation, ensuring data security and quality.
- Design field force sizing and structure proposals to meet business needs and facilitate sales team implementation.
- Optimize field force territory deployment to ensure effectiveness.
- Lead the HCP Segmentation and Targeting project, aligning with management and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor execution KPIs and communicate timely with the business team to facilitate optimized execution.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis or innovative projects on execution efficiency and effectiveness.
- Explore analysis of sales effectiveness in multi-channels to recommend optimized resource portfolio and identify best practices.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in SFE, Consulting, Business Analysis, or Advanced Analytics.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Management, Economics, or relevant majors.
- An MBA is a plus.
