Philips is looking for a Sales Education Specialist to join our Image Guided Therapy Devices team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of a high-impact sales training curriculum to support sustainable growth across our Peripheral Vascular and Coronary Vascular business segments.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver a comprehensive sales training curriculum that includes on-the-job learning, classroom instruction, virtual training, and peer-to-peer development.
- Develop and operationalize product- and disease-specific sales processes aligned with Philips' IGTD strategy.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify development needs and support field coaching and skill-building.
- Conduct training needs analyses, define learning objectives, and evaluate program impact and effectiveness.
- Integrate modern sales technologies and platforms into training.
- Create and facilitate train-the-trainer programs to enable sales managers, field trainers, and marketing leaders.
- Ensure all training content adheres to relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in medical device sales with a consistent track record of performance.
- 2+ years experience in adult training and training delivery.
- Bachelors degree.
- Working knowledge in sales methodologies, sales process development, adult learning principles, curriculum design, and facilitation.
- Strong skills in program development, training measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment.

Benefits & Compensation
- Pay ranges from $97,000 to $181,000 per year depending on geographic location.
