Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts to acquire new retail customers in assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail decision-makers
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings with prospective clients
- Identify market opportunities and adapt approach to local needs
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with regional goals
- Provide feedback from customers to internal product and support teams
- Track and report sales performance metrics regularly
- Represent the company at industry events and local networking functions
- Coach and support regional sales representatives when applicable
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
