Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the regional OTC sales pipeline by initiating and nurturing relationships with institutional clients such as FX desks, treasury teams, crypto-native firms, and digital asset funds across Asia Pacific, including banks in Southeast Asia and financial institutions in Japan and Korea.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiation of term sheets, while consistently achieving or surpassing quarterly revenue goals.
- Create strategic account plans focused on high-value prospects to convert early interest into active trading relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal OTC operations, ensuring client requirements are translated into executable trades with pricing, execution, and communication that meet institutional expectations.
- Provide timely market insights and client feedback to internal teams to influence product development and pricing strategies based on real-world demand.
- Collaborate with trading, risk management, compliance, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth trade execution and a seamless client experience from onboarding through long-term engagement.
- Serve as a technical expert on liquidity solutions including spot trades, options, and stablecoin settlements, clearly communicating their commercial benefits to treasury and trading professionals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and regional forums throughout Asia Pacific, with regular in-person interactions expected.
- Maintain precise sales forecasts and up-to-date CRM records to ensure transparency into deal progress and client engagement status.
