We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to drive new logo growth across the Energy industry for Energy Exemplar. This role is critical to expanding our footprint across the Iberia region and owns the full new-logo sales cycle, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive new logo growth across the Energy industry in the Iberia region
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Director to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Leverage deep industry expertise and regional market knowledge
- Own the full new-logo sales cycle across Iberia
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers
- Build and qualify pipeline through creative, value-based sales activities
- Connect with utilities and energy organizations
- Develop trusted relationships with prospective customers
- Convert opportunities into closed business with support from technical and solution teams
- Align all activities with Energy Exemplar’s new-logo sales methodology and CRM processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving new logo growth in the energy industry
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong regional market knowledge of Iberia
- Experience owning the full sales cycle
- Demonstrated ability to build and qualify sales pipeline
- Track record of converting opportunities into closed business
- Proficiency in CRM processes and sales methodologies

- Experience working with utilities and energy organizations
- Prior collaboration with technical and solution teams in a sales capacity
