Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial experience in medical imaging, theranostics, medical AI, nuclear medicine, or oncology sales, with a strong track record of closing deals ranging from SMB product sales to large enterprise partnerships
- An established, activatable network across medical imaging, nuclear medicine, radioligand therapy, oncology, or adjacent healthcare markets—you know the people and they know you
- Demonstrated ability to sell across multiple layers of the market: pharma enterprise, hospital systems, and smaller clinical facilities
- Strong understanding of healthcare market channels, procurement dynamics, and the distinct sales motions required at different customer scales
- Experience building a commercial function at an early-stage or growth-stage company—not just executing an existing playbook, but creating one
- Open-minded and forward-thinking about sales process innovation; comfortable leveraging AI tools, modern platforms, and creative outreach alongside traditional relationship selling
- Elite communication and executive presence; authentic, credible, and compelling in any room from an imaging center conference room to a pharma boardroom
- Builder’s mentality with high tenacity and zero ego—motivated by what the company achieves, not personal credit
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field
Nice to Have
- Direct experience in PSMA, PET/CT, or radioligand therapy markets
- Familiarity with SaMD, FDA/CE regulatory pathways, and reimbursement dynamics
- Experience at a Series A–B stage healthcare or AI company that scaled through early commercial traction
- A portfolio of relationships you can speak to concretely—who you know, how you’ll engage them, and what you’ll do in the first 90 days
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
