NVIDIA is hiring a Sales Development Specialist to focus on the public sector. In this role, you will craft a pipeline of opportunities for our sales teams by implementing lead management and demand generation activities. This involves high-volume prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Attain a minimum of 100% of quota.
- Implement demand generation programs for install base and new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high volume of daily activity with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Seek net new opportunities by calling leads from marketing campaigns, events, webinars, referrals, and website inquiries.
- Navigate social media and professional networks for prospecting, using Salesforce.com to manage all lead activity.
- Build a pipeline of new opportunities by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and converting them to opportunity status.
- Collaborate directly with the NVIDIA Marketing team, as well as Named, General, and Channel Sales.
- Understand and clearly deliver NVIDIA's value proposition, key features, and product positioning.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4+ years of inside sales and/or Account Management experience.
- Comfort with performing a high volume of outbound calls to prospects.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and Salesforce.com experience.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to convey them over the phone.
- Ability to conceptualize and convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high energy, drive, and a sense of urgency.
- Creative and persistent in developing techniques to reach new prospects.
- Positive attitude.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.
- Self-motivated with a drive to continuously learn new technology.
- Educational degree or equivalent experience focused on technology or AI/ML.
- Technical sales experience. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix-managed team culture.
- Understanding of modern machine learning and AI trends.

- Compensation range: $100,000 - $166,750 USD.
