Two is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join the Commercial team and drive growth in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, the United Kingdom, or the Netherlands. You will be the first point of contact for future customers, helping them discover the value of Two's offering and shaping go-to-market success in the future of B2B payments.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Managers
- Build a deep understanding of Two’s products, customer segments, and value propositions
- Collaborate with the wider commercial team on outreach strategy and enablement content
- Conduct market research to better identify and qualify target industries, verticals, and buyers
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years’ of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated track record of high performance, in professional or personal life
- Ability to handle rejection, and maintain energy through high activity levels
- Clear and structured verbal and written communication
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Native-level fluency in Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, English, or Dutch (depending on your location)
- Based in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, the United Kingdom, or the Netherlands
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B e-commerce
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or related fields
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers and the Chief Commercial Officer as part of an international, collaborative team.
