Reef is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of the sales funnel for our fast-growing Australian cybersecurity company. You will prospect into compliance-driven industries, book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers, and free our Founder to focus on closing deals and strategic growth.
What You'll Do
- Run 80+ outbound dials per day across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Target companies with 100 to 400 active users in energy, transport, aviation, finance, insurance, and medical data processing.
- Own Stage 1 of the sales process: booking trust-building introduction meetings where a free assessment is offered.
- Focus on getting the right person in the room—no selling, no pricing.
- Achieve a minimum target of 8 qualified, attended meetings booked per month, with a stretch target of 12+ by Day 90.
