Remote Recruitment is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the early sales pipeline for our B2B SaaS solutions. You will be at the forefront of generating qualified leads and building initial relationships with potential clients. This is a remote role for candidates based in South Africa, working with a UK-based company.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to engage prospective B2B clients.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Understand the company’s SaaS solutions to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing and sales to align outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Continuously refine outreach messaging and tactics based on results and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
- Proven track record in outbound lead generation and cold calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to grasp SaaS products quickly.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Access to a reliable internet connection and personal laptop or desktop.
