The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in driving growth at ECP by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our SaaS platform used in senior living communities. This position supports the sales team through proactive outreach and collaboration, ensuring strong lead engagement and pipeline development.
What You'll Do
- Uncover potential leads by calling, emailing, and writing to Assisted Living Communities and Long-Term Care pharmacies across the country
- Partner with an experienced team member to qualify leads based on specific criteria
- Become an expert on our software to help lead demos and presentations
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, as needed
- Work closely with senior members of the sales team to help discover new areas of opportunity (primary target audience will be mid-market to enterprise level accounts)
- Track and forecast all activities via HubSpot CRM
