Iheart is looking for a Sales Development Representative (Markets) to identify and solicit new business. You will engage directly with potential clients within our core markets to discuss advertising opportunities across our multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment alongside a collaborative SDR team
- Execute daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels, targeting 75+ touch points per day
- Research and identify leads aligned with our ideal customer profiles
- Create and deliver creative, personalized outreach for our full range of advertising solutions
- Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams for seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting booking goals that directly impact pipeline and revenue
- Manage lead follow-up and maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of SDR or outbound sales experience
- Professional demeanor with outstanding phone etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A competitive spirit that thrives in a highly accountable, metrics-driven, and tech-savvy selling environment

- Bilingual in Spanish
