Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email campaigns
- Identify and engage decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Book meetings for the internal sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and activity logs
- Consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets
Requirements
- Fluency in French
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in SDR / BDR / Telemarketing / Outbound Sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling cold calls and objections
- Self-driven and performance-oriented

- Experience using tools like LinkedIn
- Experience using CRM
