Branching Minds is hiring a Sales Development Representative to help school districts succeed by improving their RTI/MTSS practices. You will be integral in forming partnerships through creative prospecting and providing educators with solutions, building a high-quality sales pipeline from your territory.
What You'll Do
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Schedule meetings with school districts using outbound tactics like cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Efficiently follow up with inbound leads and provide an outstanding first experience.
- Take ownership of developing your account-based prospecting strategy, including researching accounts and crafting targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with your territory team and cross-functional groups on sales and marketing strategies.
- Partner with the Sales Development Manager to create creative, personalized campaigns.
- Attend territory conferences and meetings, with approximately 10% travel.

- Experience working with K12 schools and knowledge of best practices within RTI/MTSS.
- Proficiency with business process technology like Hubspot CRM, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience operating effectively within a distributed team using tools like Slack and Zoom.

Benefits & Compensation
- On-target earnings of $76,000-$81,000.
