Kojo is hiring a Sales Development Representative

About the Role

Kojo is looking for a Sales Development Representative to guide prospective customers into our sales funnel through outbound prospecting. In this 100% remote role, you will introduce Kojo to potential customers and set high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to discover business challenges and how Kojo can help.
  • Set high-quality meetings for our Account Executives with prospective customers.
  • Achieve or exceed your monthly quota of meetings held and Sales-accepted opportunities.
  • Follow Kojo workflows and sales operations processes to ensure good funnel and prospect data.
  • Act as an ambassador of Kojo.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience making 75+ cold calls per day in a previous BDR or SDR role.
  • Effective phone communication skills and rapport-building.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A high level of integrity and accountability.
  • Growth mindset—willing to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve.
  • Persistence, resilience, and a willingness to embrace rejection.
  • Passionate about solving problems for subcontractors and impacting the construction industry for the better.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ year of full-time experience as a SaaS SDR or in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Entrepreneurial experience.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Manager, Sales Development.

  • New hire equity grant.
  • Full suite of perks and benefits for US-based full-time employees.
  • Total on-target variable compensation: CA $70,000-$80,000.

Work Mode

This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Canada.
