About the Role
This role is responsible for generating new sales opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the account executive team.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through phone and email
- Research and identify target accounts in Australia and New Zealand
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions
- Use CRM tools to track lead progress and activity
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging
- Follow up with prospects according to sales cycle timelines
- Attend regular performance and pipeline reviews
- Adhere to established sales processes and best practices
- Respond to prospect inquiries promptly
- Escalate qualified opportunities to account executives
- Stay updated on product features and market positioning
- Participate in training sessions and onboarding programs
- Meet or exceed monthly outreach and meeting targets
