Tenna is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be the front line of our sales process, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to fuel our growth.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new sales leads through outbound outreach
- Qualify inbound leads to determine fit and potential
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities for the sales team
- Schedule qualified meetings and introductions for Account Executives
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate activity and lead data in our CRM system
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection
- Ability to learn quickly and articulate a complex value proposition
- Basic understanding of CRM software and sales processes
