Hireframe is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying leads and building pipeline for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Work from a curated list of 1,250 target accounts to proactively identify new opportunities.
- Engage potential customers through multi-channel outreach including cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Assess fit against our Ideal Customer Profile and existing customer success profiles to ensure high-quality connections.
- Schedule discovery calls and appointments with Account Executives for qualified leads.
- Conduct preliminary discovery conversations, ensuring leads align with our technical solutions before passing them off.
- Log outreach, track outcomes, and maintain clean data in our CRM.
- Coordinate with the CEO and Account Executives to refine messaging and dialing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with cold calling and email outreach.
- Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and social channels.
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical or complex products to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, or similar CRM and sales tools.
