Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Senior BDM’s to proactively identify and contact new prospects from multiple sources including databases, events, and partnerships to determine their requirements and arrange qualified appointments for our Senior BDM’s.
- Confidence to make outbound calls to identify, qualify and set appointments for our Senior Business Development Managers
- Directly prospect new opportunities by using sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as revenue and appointment setting targets
- Work closely with the Senior Business Development managers, Industry leads and Head of Sales to prospect new and existing contacts
- Manage the lead allocation pipeline to the sales team on a daily basis
- Use commercial awareness to demonstrate and promote ideal solutions for potential clients.
Requirements
- Experience in a sales role, ideally used to making outbound calls
- Cantonese language skills
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Professional telephone manner
- Resilient, motivated individual with a tenacious and competitive mindset to succeed.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of / experience working in B2B payments or FX
- Experience within Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools such as Salesforce
