About the Role
This role supports clients using a data and analytics platform by diagnosing technical issues, interpreting data workflows, and guiding successful implementation. The individual will work cross-functionally to ensure client objectives are met and product value is realized.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries related to data integration and system functionality
- Analyze data pipelines to identify root causes of discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track technical issues
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks
- Provide guidance on best practices for data modeling and reporting
- Assist in onboarding new clients to the platform
- Document technical processes and client-specific configurations
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively identify risks
- Support data validation during implementation and upgrade cycles
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal development teams
- Troubleshoot performance issues related to data queries and transformations
- Assist in testing new product features in client environments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities and limitations
- Create and deliver technical summaries for client review
- Participate in client success planning meetings
