About the Role
This position involves working closely with clients in the travel and loyalty space to implement and optimize technology-driven advertising solutions. The consultant will diagnose business challenges, deploy tailored strategies, and ensure successful integration of platforms using data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and technical requirements
- Diagnose operational challenges and recommend scalable solutions
- Deploy and configure advertising technology platforms according to client needs
- Translate business goals into technical implementation plans
- Support integration of data systems between client platforms and advertising tools
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure solution accuracy and performance
- Provide training and documentation for client teams
- Work with engineering teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests
- Monitor post-deployment performance and recommend optimizations
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with attention to timelines
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real time with minimal supervision
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project milestones
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on deliverables
- Adapt quickly to evolving client priorities and market conditions
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and platform policies
- Deliver presentations on solution impact and KPIs
- Use data to validate assumptions and guide decision-making
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in all communications
- Stay current with industry trends in digital advertising and travel technology
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Prior work in advertising technology or SaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience with customer data platforms (CDPs)
- Knowledge of loyalty program mechanics and customer retention strategies
- Fluency in Japanese or other Asian languages
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS or GCP
- Certifications in project management or technical domains
- Track record of leading client workshops or training sessions
- Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
