Niagara Bottling, LLC is hiring a Sales Development Associate Manager - Analytics (Remote) to create, manage, and communicate market performance data and sales initiative scorecards. In this role, you'll collaborate with sales leadership to leverage analytics and customer solutions that increase overall sales and profitability for the company.
What You'll Do
- Support the team in achieving or exceeding annual case and revenue sales performance goals, pricing target goals, and forecast accuracy targets.
- Identify sales growth opportunities and develop retail strategies using customer tools, market data, and analytics on trends and seasonality.
- Develop and manage sales tools for weekly performance reviews to identify opportunities and create improvement solutions.
- Manage preparation and attend bi-annual business reviews with SVP, NAM, and RSM leaders.
- Manage preparation of account-specific business plans under RSM direction.
- Work with Sales and pricing management to ensure all pricing databases are up to date and accurate.
- Perform monthly freight reviews to ensure no pricing discrepancies causing negative variances are left unchanged.
- Perform customer and product segmentation studies.
- Develop foresight to anticipate future category trends.
- Assist with customer purchasing processes to improve inventory turnover speed.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on category sales, market trends, customer behavior, and other performance indicators to maximize sales and profits.
- Support the Sales team by supplying timely data, insights, and reports.
- Travel approximately 25%.
What We're Looking For
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or a similar manufacturing environment.
- 4 Years – Experience in Position.
- 2 Years – Experience managing people or projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Nice to Have
- 6 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
- 6 Years – Experience working in Position.
- 4 Years – Experience managing people or projects.
- Master's Degree in a related field.

- Compensation Range: $94,817.69 - $132,744.77 per year.
