About the Role
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales process by organizing workflows, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating between internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and assist team members with administrative needs
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate data
- Track sales pipelines and monitor progress of ongoing deals
- Schedule client meetings and internal sales discussions
- Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards
- Support the preparation of proposals and client presentations
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and sales inquiries
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts
- Manage document workflows for contracts and agreements
- Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and customer success teams
- Monitor sales KPIs and assist in identifying improvement areas
- Organize and distribute sales training materials
- Assist in onboarding new sales team members
- Keep sales collateral updated and easily accessible
- Maintain calendars and ensure timely communication across time zones
- Handle data entry with high attention to accuracy
- Support event coordination related to sales initiatives
- Track and report on sales team activity metrics
- Assist in forecasting revenue and pipeline trends
