As a Sales Consultant in Claremont, WA, you’ll be the first point of contact for a diverse range of clients, including architects, designers, installers, and retail customers. Your role is central to shaping a positive client experience in a high-end showroom environment, where attention to detail and relationship-building drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, project scope, and opportunities for collaboration
- Support Account Managers in expanding partnerships across the design and construction industries
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, both during and after the sales process
- Maintain consistent communication to strengthen client trust and loyalty
- Introduce existing customers to new products and services tailored to their needs
- Follow up on leads and ensure smooth coordination from initial contact through to project delivery
What We’re Looking For
You have a background in sales or retail, with demonstrated success in managing client interactions and delivering strong customer service. Communication comes naturally to you—both in person and in writing—and you take pride in accuracy and follow-through. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and thrive in a role that blends relationship development with practical sales support.

Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Claremont, WA. Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required. Part-time hours (four days per week) may be considered for the right candidate. Permanent working rights in Australia are mandatory.
