This role focuses on managing and supporting private offers within public cloud marketplaces, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, finance, legal, and partner teams. You will play a key part in structuring custom offers, maintaining compliance, and tracking deal progress from initiation to closure.
What You'll Do
- Set up, monitor, and maintain private offers in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplaces
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define offer terms, pricing, and contractual conditions
- Ensure marketplace listings reflect correct pricing, discounts, and agreement terms
- Track each stage of the offer lifecycle, from submission and approval to activation and expiration
- Resolve technical or billing issues related to offer deployment and customer acceptance
- Support revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting for leadership review
- Keep detailed records and audit logs for all offer-related activities
- Stay up to date with evolving marketplace policies, pricing models, and compliance standards
- Identify inefficiencies and lead improvements in offer management processes
- Contribute to automation efforts using internal tools and scripting where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in cloud operations, sales operations, or deal desk roles
- Proven familiarity with public cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience with CRM and ERP platforms, including Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deals
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting SaaS or subscription-based sales models
- Knowledge of cloud billing methods, pricing frameworks, and partner programs
- Experience with custom pricing agreements, Enterprise Agreements, or multi-year contracts
- Exposure to contract review and terms analysis
