About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will focus on corporate gifting solutions, crafting tailored programs for employee appreciation and customer engagement. This is a fully remote position with a clear, fast-track path to leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth through a blend of cold and warm prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Focus initially on corporate gifting, crafting tailored solutions for employee appreciation and customer thank-you programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and optimize the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, both virtual and in-person, demonstrating clear and confident communication.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-6 years of successful sales experience in B2C or B2B environments, ideally in e-commerce, technology, or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue in startup or small-team settings, managing deals valued between $2,000 and $20,000.
  • Expertise in business development, including establishing profitable strategic partnerships and negotiating long-term agreements.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-evolving product environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Commitment to values of transparency, quality, and sustainability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
