Nestlé is seeking a Sales Associate (Conseiller Clientèle) to join the team at the Nespresso boutique in Passy. This is a permanent contract (CDI) for 7 hours every Saturday. You will be part of a motivated and supportive team dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and advise customers to deliver the best experience and build loyalty.
- Develop sales by proposing Nespresso products and services in a personalized way for each customer.
- Embody the Nespresso spirit and values by informing customers about commitments like recycling, B Corp status, and the AAA program.
- Apply all boutique processes, including order management, tasting area management, and updating the customer database.
- Contribute to achieving the boutique's collective goals.

Benefits & Compensation
- Starting compensation of 384.80€ gross/month as a 13-month fixed salary.
- Quarterly bonus of 8% on collective objectives if target is 100% achieved (prorated based on achievement).
