Lidl is looking for motivated individuals to join its Sales Associate Apprenticeship program. This structured 2-year journey starts on August 1st or September 1st (depending on region) and offers a practical pathway into the dynamic retail sector. You'll learn the essentials of retail operations while contributing to a real store team from day one.
What You'll Do
- Learn what matters in retail and how Lidl ensures a successful shopping experience through quality, freshness, and cleanliness.
- Assist with tasks including stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, and operating the cash register.
- Check incoming goods, support inventory counts, and provide advice and assistance to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and exciting apprentice projects to further develop your skills.
