KARL STORZ Endoscopy is hiring an entry-level Sales Associate to provide essential support to sales efforts in the Central MA or Rhode Island market. This role is a feeder position to the Sales Executive career path, assisting in the promotion and sale of KARL STORZ products across multiple business units.
What You'll Do
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer evaluations.
- Present and differentiate KARL STORZ products, features, and benefits.
- Build strong, compliant relationships with key stakeholders, including nurses, physicians, and administrators.
- Provide sales quotes, service agreements, and promotional support.
- Train and educate customers on product care and handling.
- Manage and track demonstration products and provide timely updates to customers.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to follow hospital protocol and KARL STORZ standards of professional conduct.
- Must be able to meet and maintain all credentialing requirements established by hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Ability to travel to customer sites 90% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in the medical device industry.
Team & Environment
This role reports to the Region Sales Associate Manager with a dotted line to the local Sales team.
