Paired is looking for a Sales Appointment Setting Specialist to support our growth as a remote-first company. You will be a key part of the sales pipeline, qualifying prospects and booking meetings for our sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest and fit within our services.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and track progress in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads as necessary to confirm appointments or address inquiries.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
