Paired is looking for a Sales Appointment Setting Specialist to support our growth as a remote-first company. You will be a key part of the sales pipeline, qualifying prospects and booking meetings for our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads based on their interest and fit within our services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and track progress in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to confirm appointments or address inquiries.

- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
