Lease a Bike is hiring a Sales and Strategy Coordinator to drive our mission of sustainable mobility forward. In this hybrid role, you'll support the sales team by managing leads, building customer relationships, and refining our sales processes within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on leads from various channels with detailed information and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Engage potential customers, including SMEs, to promote bike leasing solutions as an employee benefit.
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers in onboarding to the platform so their employees can start using lease bikes effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to test and refine sales tools, messaging, and lead generation approaches.
- Optimize internal processes by providing feedback on sales strategies, operational methodologies, and CRM use.
- Support the Head of Sales on various projects, including travel to potential customers and trade shows.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in a similar sales role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking to potential customers.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales platforms.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work in a start-up environment.
- Based in the SF Bay Area, with ability to work hybrid in our North Bay (Novato) office 2-3 days a week to start.
- Interest and/or experience in HR benefits, transportation, micromobility and a drive to motivate companies to offer our benefits.
- Passion for bikes, sustainable mobility, and the tech side of businesses.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and explain documents in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in high-tech sales.
- Preferably experience with Hubspot.

Work Mode
