Jalasoft is looking for a Ruby on Rails + React Full Stack Developer to design and develop dynamic web applications. You will leverage expertise in Ruby on Rails for backend development and React for building responsive front-end interfaces, collaborating with a cross-functional team to create innovative solutions.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience building full-stack applications using React.js and Ruby on Rails
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices
- Proficiency working with SQL-compliant databases
- Knowledge in software engineering principles, design patterns, architectural best practices and event-driven or high-volume system architectures
- Familiarity with tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Go, or Python
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit) to improve productivity and quality
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with real-time streaming technologies (Kafka or similar)
- Experience with Ember
