What You'll Do
Lead the design and implementation of full stack features for financial applications, delivering robust solutions on both mobile and server-side platforms. You'll develop and maintain backend services in Clojure and build responsive mobile interfaces using React Native with TypeScript. Your work will span the entire development lifecycle—from concept and design through deployment and refinement—within a continuous delivery model.
Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers in an Agile framework to align technical execution with user needs. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions, and help foster a transparent, team-driven engineering environment. Your input will help shape both product vision and long-term technical strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in professional software development
- At least 3 years building backend systems with Clojure
- Proven experience with React Native, including 2+ years in production environments
- 2+ years using TypeScript for application development
- Demonstrated full stack capabilities across mobile and server components
- Experience working in Agile teams with Product and Design partners
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Commitment to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Kafka in event-driven systems
- Working knowledge of Docker and containerized deployment
- Experience deploying applications on AWS
- Infrastructure as code experience using Terraform
