Fives Stein (Division Steel & Glass) is hiring a Robotics Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support to clients throughout the entire lifecycle of the robotic installations we deliver. In this role, you will diagnose incidents, propose effective solutions, and assist both remotely and on-site, while also ensuring our clients are fully trained on their systems.

What You'll Do

• Provide telephone support for the operation of robotic installations.
• Conduct technical audits, either on-site or remotely.
• Train clients on their installed systems.
• Estimate and implement minor technical upgrades within your scope.
• Participate in training other team members related to your role and expertise.
• Handle on-call support outside of regular business hours, including nights and weekends.

What We're Looking For

• A diploma in automation, mechatronics, or industrial computing.
• 3 years of professional experience in one of these fields.
• Technical skills in PLC (Siemens, Schneider), robotics (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB), field networks (Profinet, Profibus, ASI), and HMI/SCADA (Proface, Omron, WinCC, PCVue).
• Team spirit, solidarity, and a strong sense of autonomy.
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• A strong customer service orientation.
• Proactivity and anticipation in incident resolution.
• Adaptability to client constraints.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in a technical support role.

Team & Environment

You will integrate into the Technical Support team and report directly to the Technical Support Manager.
