About the Role

Solenis is looking for a Robotics Specialist Europe to serve as the technical expert and deployment lead for our TASKI robotic cleaning solutions. You will ensure our robots deliver outstanding performance, stability, and customer satisfaction through advanced technical support and project leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical guidance to sales teams during customer meetings and tenders.
  • Perform on-site and virtual robot demonstrations.
  • Conduct detailed site assessments for mapping feasibility, navigation, docking locations, and operational workflows.
  • Support ROI calculations, solution architecture, and technical elements of proposals.
  • Translate customer pain points into optimized robotic workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced robotic issues including SLAM/navigation, sensor behavior, firmware/software, connectivity, and docking/charging logic.
  • Perform authorized firmware updates, system resets, and calibration.
  • Document findings and escalate complex issues appropriately to R&D.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and propose preventive measures.
  • Deliver structured training programs to sales teams on the TASKI robotic portfolio, demonstrations, mapping, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Develop internal training materials including videos, guides, and best practices.
  • Support onboarding of new sales hires through hands-on robot training.
  • Act as the technical lead for enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Create maps, routes, zones, and robotic workflows.
  • Validate robot performance on site including coverage, runtime, docking success, and uptime.
  • Provide on-site optimization during initial deployment phases.
  • Coordinate with project managers, distributors, facility teams, and service partners.
  • Ensure documentation, operational handover, and customer readiness.
  • Act as TASKI’s operational liaison with R&D teams.
  • Request input, technical clarification, and guidance from R&D when facing advanced issues.
  • Share logs, performance data, and field insights to support root-cause investigations.
  • Request improvements, feature adjustments, or firmware enhancements when needed.
  • Communicate R&D recommendations back to sales, service, and deployment teams.
  • Train key customer teams on operating, maintaining, and managing TASKI robots.
  • Ensure customers are confident and autonomous before project sign-off.
  • Provide refresher training when required.
  • Deliver clear documentation and best-practice guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate reports on site surveys, deployments, incidents, and robot configurations.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on deployment progress, robot performance, and technical escalations.
  • Track KPIs and propose improvements to enhance fleet performance.

Work Mode

This is a local-country position based in Europe and requires frequent travel within the region.
