What You'll Do
Guide healthcare institutions through the implementation of the HUGO™ RAS-system, ensuring smooth integration into surgical operations. Collaborate with clinical leaders to define clear program objectives and performance indicators tailored to each hospital’s needs.
Lead regular progress reviews to monitor milestones and adjust strategies as needed. Design and manage comprehensive training pathways for surgeons, including coordination of off-site instruction and supervised procedures following initial education.
Create structured learning plans for clinical staff, supporting them through training attendance and hands-on development. Be present during early surgical cases to assist both surgeons and support teams during their skill-building phase.
Apply proven change management methods to gain trust and alignment among medical teams. Mentor hospital personnel to build internal expertise and long-term operational independence. Work closely with field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms for robotic system installation and use.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering or Nursing
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and Portuguese
- Be prepared to travel frequently across the UK and Ireland (exceeding 75% of work time)
- Bring at least two years of hands-on experience in operating room environments or surgical procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language capabilities beyond English and Portuguese are advantageous
Work Mode
This role is based locally in Dublin or nearby areas. You must be able to commute into the city as required for on-site responsibilities.
