AdventHealth is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Emergency Department in Burleson, Texas. This part-time position works a 9am to 3pm schedule, responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical care in an acute hospital setting. What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure everyone is informed and involved.

What We're Looking For

Associate's of Nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) license
TNCC or ENCP certification at the time of hire
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
1+ year 12 lead EKG experience
Skills required to work in the emergency department as defined by the unit
Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills
Ability to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise care plans
Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft Windows-based programs

Bachelor's of Nursing
1+ year acute hospital experience
