Corewell Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our 39-bed Critical Care Step Down Unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient and family-centered care for individuals with pulmonary, cardiac, neurological disorders, and those requiring post-operative surgical care, including ventilated tracheostomy patients.
What You'll Do
- Utilize the nursing process framework to provide professional nursing care that incorporates patient-family centered care principles.
- Deliver quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader according to Corewell Health policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Associates in Nursing.
- Bachelor's in Nursing within 5 years.
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months.
Nice to Have
- 1 year of experience as an RN in the ICU.
- Specialty certification, which is highly recommended within 2 years.

This role is onsite at SITE - Grosse Pointe Hospital - 468 Cadieux Rd - Grosse Pointe.
