About Our Organization: As a Magnet-recognized facility with a continuous STEMI program, we're currently recruiting a Part-Time Registered Nurse for our Cardiovascular Intervention Department. Join our distinguished Cardiac Intervention team, collaborating alongside expert Cardiologists, Healthcare Professionals, and Technical Specialists in a dynamic, intense, challenging environment. Compensation Package: - Schedule: Four ten-hour shifts weekly, minimal weekend requirements, with emergency case on-call coverage. Anticipate rotating on-call responsibilities of 1-2 nighttime shifts per week and occasional weekend assignments, with guaranteed premium compensation for emergency activations. Professional Development: Enhance nursing expertise in an invigorating atmosphere dedicated to delivering superior patient care, guided by premier Cardiology professionals along the Seacoast. Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will leverage critical analysis and specialized knowledge to support procedures including: - Cardiac Diagnostic Examinations - Cardiac Interventional Procedures and Stent Placements - Vascular Interventional Procedures - Electrophysiological Interventions - Cardiac Fluid Extraction - Advanced Cardiac Imaging and Rhythm Stabilization - Specialized Cardiovascular Procedures - Cardiac Device Implementations - Advanced Cardiac Monitoring Techniques Primary Responsibilities: 1. Clinical Assessment: Evaluate, strategize, execute, and analyze patient care tailored to specific medical populations. Encompassing Heart Failure, Coronary Conditions, Various Cardiac Presentations, Peripheral Vascular Diseases, and Cardiac Rhythm Abnormalities. 2. Collaborate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and patients. 3. Develop comprehensive patient treatment strategies with specialized clinical support. 4. Optimize resource allocation to address patient requirements and enhance care quality. Meticulously document patient evaluations and interventional approaches. 5. Professional Learning: Maintain commitment to continuous education and best practice implementation. Engage in staff education and mentorship programs. 6. Participate in quality enhancement initiatives and articulate nursing-specific performance indicators. Experience Requirements - Minimum of 1-year Registered Nurse experience, exceeding 2000 professional hours. Graduation from accredited nursing program with active RN licensure. Preferred Experience: Acute care hospital background. Critical care expertise. Educational Requirements: RN program completion with Active Nursing License. Preferred: BSN degree or enrollment. Special Skills: IV Therapy proficiency. Preferred: On-call experience, Advanced Cardiac Care Certification.
