Deloitte Luxembourg is looking for a Risk Management Consultant to join its Internal Quality & Risk team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across our Advisory, Implement & Operate Service disciplines by ensuring exceptional delivery practices and strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to governance frameworks for consulting and operate service projects.
- Continuously monitor, review, and improve delivery processes to maintain exceptional quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks across key service lines, including consulting engagements and operational processes.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk protocols, including adherence to engagement terms and operational SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business teams and leadership, to address risk concerns and improve delivery quality.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of project deliverables, compliance documentation, and operational adherence.
- Lead training initiatives to enhance risk awareness, quality adherence, and process improvement functions across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project governance, risk controls, and operational efficiencies within consulting and advisory services.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality and risk management within a BIG4 or equivalent professional services setting.
- Hands-on exposure to risk frameworks and quality assurance methodologies in consulting or advisory service environments.
- Strong knowledge of policy frameworks, industry standards, and risk protocols governing consulting and advisory service engagements.
- Proven ability to assess risk and implement practical mitigation strategies while supporting high-quality operational outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with experience in handling audits and reviews.
- Proficient in English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of French or German is a strong asset.
